Van Horn raises $1,000 for Elkhart Lake High School

On Saturday, September 20th, Van Horn Automotive held a free sign and drive to raise money for the basketball club at Elkhart Lake Glenbeulah High School. The event was held at Anchor Lanes from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm. For every test drive taken, Van Horn Automotive donated ten dollars to the basketball club and by the end of the event, $1,000 was raised! Your favorite vehicles from DodgeChryslerJeepRam and Chevrolet were all made available for the test drives. A check was presented to the club on the 17th of October. Thank you to all those who came out and helped to support the event!



Van Horn Automotive Sponsors a Hole at the 2014 Annual Sheboygan County Chamber Golf Outing

On Wednesday September 10th, Van Horn Automotive assisted in sponsoring and attending the Sheboygan County Chamber of Commerce’s Annual Golf Outing Fundraiser. All money raised from the outing goes to fund the many activities of the Chamber and the Chamber’s scholarship fund. Van Horn sponsored a hole at Sheboygan’s Town & Country Golf course, giving the member of each team with the longest drive a free oil change at any of our 8-locations.”

Another Successful Van Horn Sign and Drive Event with Local High School

On August 20th, Van Horn Automotive Group helped to raise money for the Plymouth High Schools Boy's Basketball team. Throughout the event Dodge vehicles were used for the test drives. For each test drive taken, Van Horn donated twenty dollars to the program. By the end of the night $2,300 had been raised for the school and the check was given to them on September 19th. Thank you to all those who came out and participated in the event!

Van Horn Automotive raise $1,000 for a Sheboygan Middle School

On Tuesday, August 26th, Van Horn Automotive held test drives at Horace Mann Middle school in
Sheboygan. Throughout the event, one hundred test drives took place to benefit the Parent Teacher Association for the school. Vehicles from Joe Van Horn Chevrolet, Van Horn Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram and Van Horn Hyundai Mazda Sheboygan were all used at the event to provide plenty of options for the cause. For each test drive taken that night Van Horn Automotive donated ten dollars to the school which helped to raise one thousand dollars by the events end. Than you to all those who helped support and participated in the event.


Car Dealership near Sheboygan donated to Lakeside Habitat for Humanity


Van Horn Automotive Group has recently expanded into a new Corporate Headquarters in Plymouth, WI, and Van Horn Chrysler, Jeep Dodge, Ram has recently undertaken a showroom renovation. Through these projects many office furniture items were identified as fine pieces that could be re-purposed. Van Horn Helps Local Family Who Have Lost Their Home In a Fire

Over the weekend, a Sheboygan family experienced a terrible fire and unfortunately lost their house, personal belongings, and also 2 of their 3 vehicles. Van Horn Auto has provided a loaner van for them to use during this difficult transition. Sheboygan Fire Department official estimated the fire caused approximately $250,000 in damage. Friends of the daughters, Allison Macknick and Emily Gamb, have started the Birkey Family Relief Drive that will be running today, Wednesday, July 16th from noon to 6 p.m. at Gamb's home on 4533 S. 18th St. in Sheboygan.
