I purchased my Dodge Grand Caravan in December 2009. In July 2010 when the air conditioner was being used I noticed that the passenger side floor was very wet.

When it was determined that there was something wrong with the evaporator housing, I contacted my salesman- Rodney Steffen and he set up an appointment with your service department to check out the problem.

It was determined that even though it was 8 months since I purchased the vehicle, and it was winter–the air conditioner problem wouldn’t have been noticed, but that your dealership would stand behind what you sold.

“I've not often enjoyed the car buying experience because I typically feel like I am getting ripped off. When my husband and I went to Van Horn Hyundai in Fond Du Lac, we were pleasantly surprised. I wanted to look at and drive a one year used vehicle (2008 Toyota Rav4 Sport) they had listed on the internet. When we arrived they had the vehicle parked up by the building and promptly handed us the keys and told us to take it for as long we’d like. We too the vehicle and ran it through its paces. It was EXTREMELY clean, something I really appreciate. When it came to dealing on the vehicle, right out of the gate, we were within $800 of where we wanted to be (not too bad we didn’t think). They actually came down to what we wanted to pay! We ended up buying the vehicle, trading ours in, and picked up the new one the next night. We dealt with the internet manager, Richard who was great to work with. Jeff was also nice. We saw some nice looking used cars on the lot and Van Horn, and really appreciated their friendly approach and forthright nature.”
