Karen Ferguson joins Van Horn Automotive Group as the new Director of Human Resources. Karen
has spent her whole life in Sheboygan County earning her Masters in
Organizational Behavior from Silver Lake College and working in the Human
Resources department at Kohler and Manitowoc Companies. In her new role, Karen
is most looking forward to building a strong HR process and helping the
organization move forward. When she is not at work, Karen enjoys spending time
with her family, camping and shooting pool.
